Description

• Handle sales within a given geography • Consult, advise, and engage with customers to meet the needs of their business • Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and purposeful planning • Develop and utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics • Grow leadership capability through ongoing comprehensive training and high-impact experiences • Confidently discuss options and close contracts • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or meaningful sales experience • A current, valid driver's license, a clean driving record • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen • Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities • Up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds (seldom)
