๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Development Manager to join their team, focused on Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and financial products. โ€ข This remote position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial markets and a passion for driving new business initiatives within the investment landscape. โ€ข Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the ETFs and financial products sectors. โ€ข Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building strong relationships with institutional investors, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders. โ€ข Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnership opportunities. โ€ข Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and enhance product offerings. โ€ข Present product strategies and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence. โ€ข Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company and expand professional relationships. โ€ข Prepare and deliver quarterly reports outlining business development efforts, market insights, and growth prospects to senior management.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus. โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on ETFs or financial products. โ€ข Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. โ€ข Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory environments pertaining to ETFs and related products. โ€ข Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. โ€ข Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities. โ€ข Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset. โ€ข Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. โ€ข FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (required). โ€ข Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
