📋 Description

• Responsible for all workout and recovery efforts for a portfolio of commercial clients • Handle a variety of accounts with moderate complexity • Manage a loan portfolio of commercial accounts with potential for adversarial litigation • Review and analyze loan documentation, financial statements and other loan information to assess risk • Develop, recommend and implement workout strategies for problem loans • Exercise delegated approval authority or recommend to higher level authority for modifications • Maintain constructive interaction with clients and colleagues • Work with appraisers, environmental consultants, auctioneers, real estate brokers and property managers • Support departmental continuous improvement efforts • Periodically travel to meet with clients or view collateral • Participate in the Quarterly Asset Quality Review process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred) • Min. 5 years commercial credit experience (e.g., underwriting, credit risk management, workout, commercial banker) • Demonstrated regulatory knowledge, understanding of accounting, banking laws, required rules and regulations, credit policy, and risk-rating requirements • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth financial statement analysis • Demonstrated leadership ability • Strong organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects • Strong problem-solving skills and solutions focus • Ability to quantify risks and perform objective analyses • Ability to work independently and in teams • Competent in standard office productivity programs (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong written and verbal communication skills
