Description

β€’ Develop a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales goals to drive revenue growth β€’ Investigate customer needs and desired outcomes to effectively present Kiddom as a solution. β€’ Build relationships with key decision makers to gain their support and commitment to buy and use the product β€’ Be detail-oriented, organized and persistent in sales follow ups β€’ Diligent in tracking opportunities in the pipeline β€’ Partner with Marketing to build effective sales collateral required for all aspects of the sales cycle β€’ Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product β€’ Demonstrate a sense of ownership and pride in both personal and company performance β€’ Have a team player attitude and contribute by working effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds β€’ Be comfortable running product demonstrations and willing to be a hands-on contributor.

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years in professional sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding your sales goals β€’ Experience in K-12 education, specifically selling Core curriculum in ELA, Math, Social Studies and Science (teaching, ed tech, sales, or any other concentrations) β€’ Experience selling within the geographical area in which you live. β€’ Proven Track record of developing new business through direct outreach or networking prospecting to and create opportunities. Skills and expertise that does not rely on only enhancing marketing efforts preferred. β€’ Proven track record of effectively managing renewals with a proven record of high retention rates. β€’ Entrepreneurial mindset, improving processes and outcomes β€’ An initiator and self-starter β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
