β’ 8+ years in professional sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding your sales goals β’ Experience in K-12 education, specifically selling Core curriculum in ELA, Math, Social Studies and Science (teaching, ed tech, sales, or any other concentrations) β’ Experience selling within the geographical area in which you live. β’ Proven Track record of developing new business through direct outreach or networking prospecting to and create opportunities. Skills and expertise that does not rely on only enhancing marketing efforts preferred. β’ Proven track record of effectively managing renewals with a proven record of high retention rates. β’ Entrepreneurial mindset, improving processes and outcomes β’ An initiator and self-starter β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
