Focus will be on driving incremental revenue via the full partner ecosystem (channel, technology, GSI and Cloud partners). As the AMER PSD, you will lead a team of Partner Sales Managers that will directly impact Kong’s bottom line by driving sourced incremental revenue. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, are passionate about leading a team, love working with partners and want to work for a market impacting company then this is the job for you!

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals • Experience driving GTM activities across all partner types (Channel, Tech, Cloud, GSIs) • Existing relationships with key partners (specifically national VAR/SI such as WWT, Trace3, Slalom, etc.) • Passion for driving net new, sourced business via the partners • Successful execution in a multi-task, high velocity environment • Strong communication skills
