Description

• About the role: Lead AMER Partner Sales Manager team to meet and exceed their sales objectives. • Align with Americas VP and Regional Directors on strategy, execution, and GTM plans. • Analyze market dynamics for successful partner coverage to support the Field Sales Team. • Ensure continual review of the GTM strategy to address market and industry changes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals • Experience driving GTM activities across all partner types (Channel, Tech, Cloud, GSIs) • Existing relationships with key partners (specifically national VAR/SI such as WWT, Trace3, Slalom, etc.) • Passion for driving net new, sourced business via the partners • Successful execution in a multi-task, high velocity environment • Strong communication skills
