Description

• Identify potential customers in the transportation sector who require fleet maintenance services • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with fleet managers, logistics coordinators, and decision-makers • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in outside sales, with a successful track record in acquiring new business and achieving sales targets • Must reside in the greater Chicago area and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Valid Driver’s License required • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in fleet maintenance services or related industries • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively • Must be self-motivated and passionate about delivering results • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & CRM systems • Must be a problem-solver and possess superb interpersonal skills • Understanding of fleet operations and maintenance highly desired
