Description

• Responsible for identifying and acquiring new accounts within the transportation and logistics industry. • Build relationships, understand customer needs, and promote our fleet maintenance solutions to maximize client satisfaction and company revenue. • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with fleet managers, logistics coordinators, and decision-makers. • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in outside sales, with a successful track record in acquiring new business and achieving sales targets. • Must reside in the greater Los Angeles area and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Valid Driver’s License required. • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in fleet maintenance services or related industries. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. • Must be self-motivated and passionate about delivering results. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & CRM systems. • Must be a problem-solver and possess superb interpersonal skills. • Understanding of fleet operations and maintenance highly desired.
