Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in enterprise SaaS solutions. • Consistent track record of surpassing sales quotas. • Minimum 3 years experience working for a fast growing start-up (preferred). • Strong understanding of the contact center operations landscape and customer experience trends. • Strong knowledge base in the fields of conversational/voice AI and Generative AI solutions. • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Comfortable discussing and demonstrating software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to travel a minimum of one week/month or as needed.
