•Latino Media Network is seeking a seasoned multimedia executive and business developer to identify, develop and cultivate new business clients. •The successful candidate will be strategic, assertive, self-starter for the Fresno, CA market. •This role is a great opportunity for an account executive looking to develop and grow within a rapidly scaling start-up environment. •You will be responsible for business development through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
•Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience •Must be highly motivated, assertive, creative, and proactive •Strong business development and presentation skills. •Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills •Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. •Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets. •Must have excellent client relations skills •Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel •Must be able to drive and have a valid CA driver’s license with a good driving record •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred •Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred •Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the media, audio or advertising industry. •Tech-savvy and comfortable with online/social media platforms •Knowledge of Matrix, Nielsen Audio, Tapscan and Wide Orbit •Must be 18 years of age or older •Must be willing to live in Fresno, CA •Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) •Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
