Description

• Outside Sales Representatives focus on meeting the major needs of solar installers • Work to find solutions for customers that incorporate the company’s products and services • Provide customers with technical ins and outs of solar-electric (PV) systems and components • Accountable for decisions that support BayWa inventory health and customer needs • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and operations team in the region

Requirements

• Highly organized and self-directed • Able to manage priorities and make fast decisions • Able to build relationships with local solar installers through prospecting, cold calling and networking effectively • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation and written communication skills • Excellent time management, ability to stay motivated and drive results • Display professionalism in appearance and mannerisms • Ability to hit monthly revenue targets and hold oneself accountable for doing so
