Description

• LatticeFlow AI is a leading AI software platform helping companies ensure their AI systems are reliable, trustworthy, and compliant with evolving regulations, such as the EU AI Act. • We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR). • You will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging new business opportunities. • You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and working closely with our sales team to convert leads into customers. • Ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves AI and technology. • Key responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, and CRM management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (experience in AI, software, or technology industries is a plus). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects. • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. • Experience with CRM software and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
