β’ LatticeFlow AI is a leading AI software platform helping companies ensure their AI systems are reliable, trustworthy, and compliant with evolving regulations, such as the EU AI Act. β’ We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR). β’ You will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging new business opportunities. β’ You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and working closely with our sales team to convert leads into customers. β’ Ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves AI and technology. β’ Key responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, and CRM management.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β’ 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (experience in AI, software, or technology industries is a plus). β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects. β’ Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. β’ Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. β’ Experience with CRM software and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
