Our cutting-edge technology helps law firms streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and deliver superior outcomes to their clients. β’ Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As part of our inside sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. Your role will be key in educating potential clients about the benefits of Zipliens and helping them implement Zipliens into their operation. β’ You will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of clients, contributing directly to the success of our business.
β’ Sales Presentations & Product Demos: Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations via video conferencing or phone to legal professionals, identifying the top issues of the firm and highlighting the benefits and features of our platform β’ Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking client interactions, follow-ups, and potential opportunities. Prioritize and manage multiple leads simultaneously β’ Closing Deals: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (events, sales meetings, and pilot projects). Effectively align expectations and close contracts with personal injury law firms β’ Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Handoff closed clients for continued support and engagement β’ Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and nurture new leads from networking events within the legal industry β’ Market Feedback & Reporting: Provide feedback for product and marketing teams on client needs, pain points, and market trends. Participate in regular sales meetings and report on progress and challenges to analysts, tech members, etc. β’ Event Participation: Attend conferences, webinars, and events to represent the company, generate leads, and network with potential clients β’ Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field β’ 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally within the personal injury industry or legal tech space β’ Familiarity with legal industry practices, workflows, and common pain points is a plus β’ Experience selling to personal injury law firms is a plus β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly β’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail β’ Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite β’ Ability to conduct effective virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations β’ Self-motivated and goal-oriented β’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment β’ Team player with a collaborative mindset β’ Travel 30-50% (industry events, client site visits, local association meetings)
