β’ This role is part of the foundation of Leadex expansion strategy as you will be our sales leader and the key player in the Middle East. β’ You possess a solid understanding of CRM systems, integrations, and custom development. β’ As a trusted advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in positioning Leadex as the go-to partner for digital transformation through innovative API management and CRM solutions.
β’ 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within Salesforce, MuleSoft, or other enterprise software solutions. β’ Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in high-value, complex sales cycles. β’ Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior IT decision-makers. β’ Ability to lead complex sales processes, including stakeholder engagement, objection handling, and deal negotiations. β’ Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions in a business-oriented manner. β’ Consultative and strategic mindset with the ability to position solutions based on business outcomes. β’ Familiarity with industries such as banking, financial services, retail, telecommunications and manufacturing is a plus. β’ Fluent Arabic (required).
