• Main tasks include increasing customer base in Switzerland, Germany, and Spain while supporting sales teams. • Acquisition of prospects through calls, emails, and other outreach. • Prospecting, building, and managing own pipeline on a long-term basis. • Close collaboration with Account Executives to target the right leads. • Refinement of existing acquisition strategies and material and giving it your twist. • Side tasks involve attending events with target clients and supporting Account Executives in bigger projects.
• You possess a start-up mentality and the necessary portion of flexibility. • You are confident in communicating through phone, email, and in person with potential clients and existing customers. • You have a strong interest in distributing a sustainable solution to create more sustainable buildings. • You have previous International Business Development work experience. • You have excellent written and oral Spanish, French, (Ideally Swiss) German skills and a good command of English. • You possess the ability to work independently and in a structured way as well as the desire to take responsibility for projects as you are working remotely. • You have Spanish residence. • You have previous sales work experience – ideally in a real estate or technical company or in a start-up. • You are familiar with Salesforce.
