Description

β€’ Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers. β€’ Set short- and long-term goals for the Key Account Management team. β€’ Guide the team to act as the main point of contact for key accounts. β€’ Oversee the development and execution of account strategies to achieve revenue targets. β€’ Work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams for successful service delivery. β€’ Lead contract negotiations for key clients. β€’ Support Key Account Managers in developing comprehensive account plans.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing key or strategic accounts, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused company. β€’ Proven experience in managing multiple teams and stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to align teams towards achieving common goals. β€’ Strong experience in contract negotiation, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes for both the company and clients. β€’ Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce and knowledge of account planning methodologies. β€’ Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions. β€’ Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members. β€’ Deep knowledge of client relationship management best practices, including client retention, satisfaction, and growth strategies. β€’ Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance for self and the team, consistently striving for excellence. β€’ Ability to stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
