β’ 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing key or strategic accounts, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused company. β’ Proven experience in managing multiple teams and stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to align teams towards achieving common goals. β’ Strong experience in contract negotiation, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes for both the company and clients. β’ Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce and knowledge of account planning methodologies. β’ Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use good judgment and make strong independent decisions. β’ Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. β’ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members. β’ Deep knowledge of client relationship management best practices, including client retention, satisfaction, and growth strategies. β’ Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance for self and the team, consistently striving for excellence. β’ Ability to stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
