Description

• Own the full recruitment cycle to meet staffing needs. • Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. • Collaborate with department leaders, HR, and Operations. • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain a strong talent pipeline. • Evaluate candidates based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit.

Requirements

• 5 years proven experience as a recruiter (internal or agency) with a focus on talent acquisition and sourcing. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in hiring across various levels and departments. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and trends. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and manage several recruitment processes simultaneously. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
