β€’ We are currently recruiting full-time Customer Success Associates to process inbound calls for our Customer Success team. β€’ Qualified candidates will be energetic, customer centric, detail-oriented individuals who value a strong company culture. β€’ Candidates must be able to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift. β€’ This position can be worked remotely from a quiet home office. β€’ Answer a high volume of inbound support calls generated through a variety of media channels from consumers interested in discussing their active applications. β€’ Provide excellent customer support through effective online chat communications. β€’ Accurately document and present information regarding our products and services during phone calls resulting in on-boarding of new customers. β€’ Meet customer service goals and key performance call center metrics while working accurately and efficiently. β€’ Communicate clearly and show empathy when listening to customers and addressing their concerns.

Requirements

β€’ High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred. β€’ 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment. β€’ 1-2 years of relevant sales experience. β€’ Computer proficiency with minimum typing of 35wpm. β€’ Must be able to handle a high call volume while maintaining high performance goals. β€’ Experience using online chat in a high-volume call center. β€’ Ability to work in a team environment, follow call scripts and procedures, adapt to change, and balance multiple priorities. β€’ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required. β€’ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. β€’ Must be available to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift.
