Description

• Process inbound calls for customer success team • Provide excellent customer support through effective online chat communications • Document and present information regarding products and services during phone calls • Meet customer service goals and key performance metrics while working accurately and efficiently • Communicate clearly and show empathy when listening to customers

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience • Computer proficiency with minimum typing of 35wpm • Must be able to handle a high call volume while maintaining high performance goals • Experience using online chat in a high-volume call center • Ability to work in a team environment, follow call scripts and procedures, adapt to change, and balance multiple priorities • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Must be available to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift
