📋 Description
• Responsible for specialized support and executing all aspects of onboarding • Manage end-to-end onboarding process • Coordinate onboarding schedules • Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks and documentation • Partner with hiring managers and candidates • Respond to escalated inquiries and resolve onboarding related items • Facilitate onboarding sessions • Provide ongoing support to new hires • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees • Maintain appropriate documentation for legal compliance • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding process
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required
