📋 Description
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. • Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure all necessary checks are completed. • Partner closely with hiring managers and candidates for an efficient onboarding experience. • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding period. • Conduct regular check-ins and collect feedback from new hires.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Minimum 2-4 years onboarding/ HR experience required
