Description

• Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy to generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and leveraging existing relationships. • Achieve new client contracts within the first 3 months by managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. • Maintain and track sales pipeline and opportunity progress using Hubspot. • Lead client negotiations and finalize contracts, working closely with internal teams as needed. • Provide regular updates during internal meetings, weekly 1:1s, and company-wide briefings. • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate performance and strategize for future growth. • Contribute significantly to meeting and exceeding our annual revenue targets. • Travel occasionally as required for client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business development experience in a staffing agency environment. • Strong “hunter” mentality with demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals independently. • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • In-depth understanding of staffing solutions for engineering roles and current industry trends. • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot) for managing sales activities. • Highly motivated, results-driven, with exceptional time management and organizational skills. • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop business relationships both virtually and in person.
