• Balance and manage demos set up by the Sales Development Team along with cold calling decision-makers at childcare centers • Own a full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiating & closing • Showcase the value Lillio provides & get people excited for life to change • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual individual and team targets

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a fast pace B2B sales role • Ability to territory plan and execute heavy outbound initiatives • Excellent communication & presentation skills • Growth minded and continuously excited to refine skills & set bigger goals • Collaboration and team player • Tenacious & resilient with the ability to achieve targets • Experience in sales with a mission-driven organization
