• Lindblad Expeditions is a pioneer in Expedition Travel. • The Director of Expedition Development manages a team to execute expeditions. • Oversight includes developing new itineraries and ensuring successful voyages.

Requirements

• Hospitality/tourism experience required. • Experience with program development within the expedition industry required. • Strong skills in time management, handling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines. • Strong financial skills in profitability and cost management. • Ability to lead projects across multiple departments to completion. • Strong relationship development and management skills. • Fluent English skills (both written and verbal).
