Description
• Provide sales and service support, acting as a technical sales expert. • Achieve sales quota by executing sales and service-related activities. • Maintain active customer and prospect base, follow-up campaign calls. • Educate customers on product information and build loyalty. • Capture complete and accurate data on each call. • May provide customer training through webcam and video conferencing software.
Requirements
• Must be comfortable working in a high-production sales environment with a call guide that may or may not be scripted. • Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus. • Experience with CRM platforms, such as Sales Force or HubSpot is preferred. • Must maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate account/client needs.
