• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA is an asset but not required). • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. • Strong understanding of electricity, circuits, and control/protection products. • Technical sales experience with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, from non-technical to engineering specialists. • Proven experience managing sales channels, including manufacturers’ agents and distributors. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
