Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field required. • Proven experience (4-5+ years) in professional services or project management support. • Experience with HR analytics and compensation reporting. • Familiarity with project management software and tools. • Knowledge of survey and assessment management tools. • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with team members. • Excellent time management, organization, and ability to prioritize. • Proven ability to work independently while checking for understanding.
