Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational behavior or related field. • 5+ years’ directly related work experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity providing direct support to front-line business leaders. • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders to drive strategic business decisions while balancing the need for tactical execution of HR processes and workflows. • Direct experience supporting diverse business operations. • Strong leadership capabilities with proven track record to cultivate an environment of positive employee engagement and trust. Proven ability to establish credibility, coupled with the ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities • Strong influencing and negotiation skills; consultative and collaborative leadership style; ability to create and maintain effective relationships across the enterprise to drive required results. • Strong written/ verbal communication skills; strong social skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively connect with individuals at all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical skills; solid decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide practical recommendations. Good judgment. • Effective at leading multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, coordinate time and resources to deliver consistent results for the business and bring initiatives to successful completion. • High degree of eye for business; strong fiscal competence. Strong technical aptitude; requires self-sufficiency from an administrative perspective. General understanding of systems and their application to advance efficiency of operation. • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
