As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting technical sales efforts and establishing trust with Sales and IT partners at our customers. You will develop custom demonstrations, respond to RFPs, lead customer presentations, and design, develop, deploy, and maintain standard demonstration environments. You will support our rapid sales growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun environment.
• 2–4 years of experience in a technical role, with a strong interest in pre-sales and solution consulting within SaaS or enterprise software. • Basic understanding of middleware, APIs, and scripting languages such as JavaScript or JSON. • Knowledge of cloud-native applications and API-driven architectures, demonstrated through professional experience, academic projects, or internships. • Exposure to SaaS platforms supporting multiple user personas (e.g., admin and end-user interfaces) through work experience, coursework, or personal projects. • Proven ability to support the development and customization of technical solutions to meet customer needs. • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Adaptability, a continuous learning mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
