Description

• The Wholesale Partner Support Specialist will assist the Wholesale Sales Team. • The overall goal is to increase efficiency within the Wholesale Sales Channel. • Provide lender support to wholesale partners and their assigned Account Executive(s). • Perform New Partner Welcome Calls explaining loan submission and sale process. • Answer scenario questions, manage issue resolution on specific files. • Frequent training of Partners via email, phone and Teams video calls/screensharing. • Maintain knowledge and status of all loans in the pipeline for assigned partners. • Ensure that loans are moving through the process on a timely basis within established SLAs. • Provide support for assigned Longbridge Account Executive(s). • Act as a backup for Partner Support Admin’s functions. • Perform administration roles within the Reverse Vision & QuantumReverse systems. • Make ongoing contact/maintain relationships with partners. • Responsible for updating Salesforce CRM system.

Requirements

• 5-10 years Reverse Mortgage experience, preferably in both partner support and processing • Self-motivated, proactive • Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ReverseVision and QuantumReverse loan software • Proficient in Comergence and Salesforce • Expert knowledge of reverse mortgage products and guidelines • Detail-oriented individual with good organizational ability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Problem solving, analysis and solution oriented • Comfortable talking on the phone, work as a team player • Overtime may be required, must be able to work West Coast hours • Travel may be required on an infrequent basis • Position requires working at a computer for long periods of time
