Description

β€’ The Wholesale RME (Reverse Made Easy) Account Executive is responsible for the development and management of relationships with Brokers throughout the country, focusing on New to Reverse prospects. β€’ Service levels should be maintained at the highest possible levels and majority share of business should be realized from all partners. β€’ Establish, manage, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing partners. β€’ Source and prospect new, qualified partners on an on-going basis, and assist in the submission of required documentation for approval with LBF. β€’ Generate reverse mortgage submissions through effective prospecting of mortgage brokers. β€’ Assist in the management and oversight of the loan pipeline for all partners, ensuring appropriate productivity and service levels are achieved. β€’ Work closely with TPO Channel Leader to develop appropriate growth strategies for the Channel by targeting high quality originators as prospects, and then executing in a manner that insures timely approvals and the realization of a majority share of their HECM business. β€’ Work closely with Partner Support Specialist to provide the highest levels of support and service for each partner. β€’ Maintain current knowledge of industry happenings and stay up to date with any new guidelines/regulations that may impact our partners. β€’ Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner. β€’ Assist Broker Partners with reverse marketing strategies.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience within the reverse mortgage industry, specifically within the area of Sales β€’ Strongly preferred working knowledge of ReverseVision or Quantum Reverse LOS systems β€’ Intense self-motivation and goals orientation is required β€’ Strong industry knowledge and awareness of the competitive environment β€’ Operations knowledge is considered as beneficial to fulfilling the role and responsibilities β€’ Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment β€’ Excellent communication skills β€’ Team player with a positive attitude is a must
