β€’ Open LMS is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR). β€’ Leverage advanced sales automation tools and prospecting platforms to identify, connect, and qualify leads. β€’ Drive pipeline growth for the Sales team. β€’ Utilize sales automation tools to identify and engage prospective clients. β€’ Execute email automation campaigns and nurture potential leads. β€’ Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce.

Requirements

β€’ Learning and Development or Higher Education industry experience strongly preferred. β€’ Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment. β€’ Familiarity with sales automation tools and prospecting platforms. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the sales field. β€’ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
