β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partnership strategy β€’ Identify and target potential channel partners β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers β€’ Negotiate and execute partnership agreements β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral β€’ Provide ongoing support to channel partners β€’ Track and report on partnership performance β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends β€’ Represent Luminary Group at industry conferences β€’ Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RWE solutions with channel partners

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ Minimum of 8 years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry β€’ In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices β€’ Proven track record of developing and managing successful channel partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets β€’ Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry β€’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills β€’ Experience in developing and executing strategic partnership plans β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends β€’ Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams β€’ Exceptional leadership skills β€’ Willingness to travel as needed
