Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team. • Excellent understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales operations. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and execute plans effectively. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools, with strong data-driven decision-making abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong focus on achieving results. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
