β€’ Prospect and sell to major or enterprise level new clients in defined territory β€’ Communicate market and prospect needs, competitive insight and market trends to upper management β€’ Meet target digital and core revenue goals through solutions-based selling to prospects β€’ Achieve revenue goals through the ability to teach for differentiation, tailor approach as required and take control of sales

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Recruitment/Human Resource Industry β€’ Proven experience in meeting/exceeding sales quotas β€’ Ability to sell complex technology solutions with a consultative methodology β€’ Industry expertise/relationships in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources/Employment Branding or Recruitment Marketing strongly preferred β€’ Strong leadership skills as demonstrated by ability to advise in a senior level capacity β€’ Effective communicator, internal and external, with strong presentation skills β€’ Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal NAS resources
