• Develop new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales • Hunt for new opportunities • Strategically grow existing accounts • Follow-up on inbound leads • Generate quotes and negotiate terms • Support first stage gate review for awarded programs • Utilize Salesforce for leads tracking
Requirements
• Five or more years of experience in medical manufacturing sales • Engineering background with competency in medical devices, plastics, metal and assembly • Strong organizational skills necessary to maintain a robust pipeline • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to listen, identify objections, present solutions, and maintain rapport
