Description

β€’ Establish distribution and develop sales of Made In products within assigned territory β€’ Identify, call on, and manage specialty independent retailers to expand distribution and increase sales β€’ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential wholesale customers β€’ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years outside selling experience at retail and wholesale β€’ Must have, and maintain, a valid driver's license and clean driving record β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills β€’ Excellent fact-based, strategic selling skills and ability to forge business partnerships to help close a sale β€’ Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new systems quickly β€’ Ability to work independently including to plan and prioritize route coverage to achieve sales goals β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication; solid presentation skills (presentations to small groups are required) β€’ Ability to use and communicate basic business math and interpret internal/external industry data and reports
