Description

• Make outbound phone calls to contacts at key target accounts, usually 100+ calls per day • “Bucket” prospect interactions for movement along the funnel (ex. “Not Interested” vs. “Not Now” vs. “Sales Qualified Lead”) • Arrange and host presentations with our Subject Matter Experts and prospects to demo the software • Own the handoff between interested prospects and the sales team • Craft and deploy impactful follow up messaging to warm prospects • Identify and research potential new prospects for MCi • Partner with Sales, Demand, and Content teams to plan and execute outreach • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and events to book meeting for Sales • Build Target Lists through ZoomInfo • Input contacts and leads into Salesforce and update them as needed • Travel to conferences and attend scheduled in-person events throughout the year

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 0-3 years of experience cold calling successfully • 0-3 years of experience in a complex sales environment • Strong analytical skills • Effective communication skills with a wide variety of people. • Strength in customer service skills. • Willing to work in a highly collaborative team environment. • Competent in the Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word. • Experience with PhoneReadyLeads and FrontSpin preferred. • Understanding of advanced sales analytics through the use of common CRM platforms • Leadership – handle technically challenging situations • Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Effective, polished interaction in 1:1 engagements or 1: Many presentations • Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills, an ability to use various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze problems and develop solutions • Outstanding partnering capabilities and ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment • Ability to drive product/service improvements in core technical focus area • Logical and Critical thinking, and demonstrated success in dealing with ambiguity and problem definition under continual deadline constraints
