• Calendar management • Expense management • Checking & correcting all expenses submitted • Colating info and maintaining a spreadsheet of important data • Assisting with budget allocation • Triaging all requests and emails • Sending out emails on behalf of the Head as requested • Recording important presentations and meetings • Sales data analytics • Event planning
Requirements
• English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (verbal and written) • 3+ years experience as a sales coordinator or similar role • Banking/financial services experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel) • Excellent communication and organizational skills
