• Bachelor’s degree and experience within a Human Resources/Organizational Development environment (Master’s degree preferred but not required) • 8+ years of experience in workforce development with proven expertise in program design and evaluation for performance programs and employee engagement or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with Workday performance management and/or StandOut talent activation systems preferred but not required • Experience with mentorship and coaching/mentorship program management • Proficiency in data analysis and experience using data to drive decision-making • Certified in strengths-based assessment tools and methodologies preferred
