• Responsible for cultivating a thriving workforce at Marathon Health • Collaborates with Organizational Development leaders and key stakeholders • Develops and implements initiatives that support teammate performance, engagement, and development • Oversees engagement initiatives and technology optimization • Communicates results and insights to senior leadership • Tracks key performance indicators related to mentorship program success • Evaluates and implements best practices and tools to assess talent • Develops communication plans for performance expectations • Utilizes data analytics to assess the impact of initiatives • Supports career management programs and change management resources • Provides coaching and mentoring to others

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and experience within a Human Resources/Organizational Development environment (Master’s degree preferred but not required) • 8+ years of experience in workforce development with proven expertise in program design and evaluation for performance programs and employee engagement or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with Workday performance management and/or StandOut talent activation systems preferred but not required • Experience with mentorship and coaching/mentorship program management • Proficiency in data analysis and experience using data to drive decision-making • Certified in strengths-based assessment tools and methodologies preferred
