• As a Growth Account Manager at MarginEdge, you’ll be our clients’ go-to sales superhero • Your mission is to help our existing clients get even more value out of using MarginEdge and transform their back-office headaches into smooth-operating successes • You’ll enhance client satisfaction, drive retention, develop tailored sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets, and leave our clients feeling empowered. • Work with existing MarginEdge customers to expand their product offerings so they can continue to grow their business with our various tools and features • Own the whole sales process, including: prioritizing prospects, outbound prospecting calls, video meetings to demo and pitch, negotiate pricing, and close deals. • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal business partners Customer Success, Onboarding, and Support to provide a seamless customer experience. • Help create unique sales collateral and regularly experiment with various value propositions and outreach sequences. • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position our products and features. • Tightly track and manage pipeline, activity and outcomes within our CRM system(s) to meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience and/or account management experience, preferably in Hospitality/Restaurant Tech or Saas • Proven history of consistently exceeding monthly revenue targets • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills • Skilled in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite • Exemplary time management and communication skills • Can successfully work as a team player but also as a solo artist at times • Adaptable to change and the ability to thrive in a fast-based environment as we continue to grow and scale our business • Nice to Haves: Front/Back-of-house experience in full-service restaurants in a managerial capacity, is preferred, but not required • Experience using MarginEdge or another RMS is preferred, but not required • Knowledge of Salesforce, Churnzero or other CRM tools.
