• Champion brand growth in defined territory (Greater New York City area). • Drive brand awareness and sales via promotions and store visits. • Manage existing salon customers and develop new market strategies. • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities. • Lead beauty events and utilize social media for engagement.

Requirements

• High school degree required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. • Two (2) years demonstrated outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling. • Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills. • Excellent communication both verbal and written as well as presentation skills. • Must be highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented, and results-driven. • Possesses a valid state driver’s license and car. • Excellent computer skills - Windows-based (MS Office) systems and applications. • Avid user of social media platforms.
