• Champion growth of brand recognition and loyalty. • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, salons, and stylists. • Drive brand awareness and sales through promotions and store visits. • Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and optimize layouts. • Manage existing salon customers and develop market expansion strategies. • Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities. • Lead beauty events to promote sales and education.

Requirements

• High school degree required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. • Two years demonstrated outside sales or beauty industry experience with consultative selling emphasis. • Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills. • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. • Highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented, and results-driven. • Valid state driver’s license and car required. • Excellent computer skills (Windows-based MS Office). • Avid user of social media platforms. • Position requires intermittent supervision and significant local travel.
