• Join Our Dynamic Team at Maritz! • Opportunity to work with clients across various industries • Drive revenue and gross profit through sale of innovative group meetings and event solutions • Grow and manage a book of business worth at least $1,000,000 annually • Identify and pursue qualified sales leads through cold-calling and networking • Maintain relationships with key clients and manage client expectations • Conduct research on clients’ businesses and industry trends
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing operational or sales role within Meetings and Incentives or a related field • Strong understanding of pricing and profitability models • Willingness to travel 30% - 40% of the time • Strong knowledge of the meetings/events industry in a sales role highly preferred • Prior sales and hunting experience preferred
