β’ Mark43βs mission is to empower communities and their governments with new technologies. β’ Seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. β’ You will play a key role in managing government accounts and driving sales growth. β’ Work on-site with government clients on the Mark43 CAD product. β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with government clients. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of contracts. β’ Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and policies related to procurement. β’ Create a strategic road map for the account management function. β’ Act as a customer advocate while working with Customer Success team. β’ Share business, product, and technical expertise to improve client relationships. β’ Coordinate with Engineering and Product leaders for potential upsells.
β’ Experience as a former officer or dispatcher is strongly preferred. β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement, government sales, account management, or business development. β’ Former experience as a software trainer within a government space is a plus. β’ Experience working in the public safety realm. β’ Proven track record of success in managing government accounts. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Prior experience assisting clients with the post-sales processes by providing technical support. β’ The ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. β’ The capacity to understand customers' needs and offer prompt solutions. β’ Strong written and verbal communication. β’ Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. β’ Initiative and motivated to solve problems.
