• Drive client success and help shape the future of PR with AI technology. • Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new clients and deliver training materials. • Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback sessions. • Act as primary contact for client inquiries and ensure timely resolution. • Develop strategies for clients to achieve PR objectives and drive platform adoption. • Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns. • Monitor client engagement to ensure maximum value derived from the platform. • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients. • Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. • Strong understanding of AI-driven technologies and their application in the media and PR sectors. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively. • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software. • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive client success. • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • A collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional setting.
