β€’ Seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead growth and expansion strategy β€’ Design and implement business development strategies to drive growth β€’ Identify and evaluate new market opportunities β€’ Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners β€’ Lead the negotiation process with clients and partners β€’ Conduct market research and competitive analysis β€’ Supervise and guide the business development team β€’ Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams β€’ Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the real estate or corporate services sector β€’ University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ Ability to build strong long-term relationships β€’ Results-oriented and customer-focused β€’ Analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Proficiency in CRM and productivity software tools β€’ In-depth knowledge of the corporate apartment rental market β€’ Experience in managing large corporate accounts β€’ Ability to understand the specific needs of corporate clients
