β’ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner. β’ Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting issues. β’ Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure a seamless experience. β’ Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating issues when necessary. β’ Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or suggestions for process improvements. β’ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. β’ Participate in training sessions to maintain product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus. β’ Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly. β’ Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems. β’ Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm while resolving customer issues. β’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β’ Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others. β’ Flexible working hours and availability to work evenings or weekends if necessary.
