Description

β€’ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner. β€’ Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting issues. β€’ Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure a seamless experience. β€’ Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating issues when necessary. β€’ Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or suggestions for process improvements. β€’ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. β€’ Participate in training sessions to maintain product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus. β€’ Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly. β€’ Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems. β€’ Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm while resolving customer issues. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β€’ Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others. β€’ Flexible working hours and availability to work evenings or weekends if necessary.
