📋 Description
• The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing new Correspondent and Wholesale relationships within a defined territory • Bring energy and engagement as a trusted advisor to your clients • Leverage partnerships across the organization to deliver an exceptional client experience and overdeliver on production and profitability • Consistently maintain a pipeline of at least 30-40 prospects at all times • Hold clients accountable to minimum performance standards
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8-10 years of related experience as a Wholesale Account Executive or Correspondent Sales Executive • College degree is strongly preferred • At least 10 years of prior mortgage industry experience • Ability to work in a remote environment
