Description

• Develop and inspire a team of high-performing Business Development Representatives by creating scalable, data driven processes that drive team and company goals • Evaluate, help create and execute playbooks, processes and systems needed to support and scale a hyper-growth team • Test and refine growth and pipeline strategies through data, segment-specific value drivers, and collaboration with sales leadership • Develop strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross functionally to maximize revenue opportunities to improve pipeline generation • Contribute to BDR and Field Sales Enablement that is focused on messaging, prospect generation and BDR/AE partnerships • Maintain a thorough understanding of the target market, including industry, company and project specifics, internal contacts and decision-makers, and the sales techniques and strategies most likely to resonate with each of them

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing business development sales teams • 5+ years of experience working in sales, ideally within an enterprise SaaS, healthcare, or technology company • Proven track record of leading and building successful, collaborative, and high performing business development teams • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must • Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape • Experience managing and improving BDR KPI’s • Prior background in a dynamic growth environment such as a venture backed startup, fast-growing technology company, or enterprise SaaS business • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable in a face-paced environment
