• This position is responsible for leading and managing all operational aspects of servicing and retaining clients. • Responsible for managing the transition of new business into MedImpact effectively, accurately, and timely. • Ensures consistent customer satisfaction during the life cycle of the client. • Accountable for ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, delivering successful projects, building, and maintaining solid business relationships. • Ensures products, services and project deliverables are consistent with client service agreements.
• Level I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and the following: • A minimum of two (2) years of account management or related client/customer service experience in a healthcare setting • A minimum of one (1) plus years’ proven and demonstrated experience with Project Management or Project Coordination • Must be familiar with healthcare related state and government regulations • Level II: Bachelor's degree • A minimum of four (4) years of account management or related client services experience • Strongly prefer experience in a healthcare, PBM, or managed healthcare service organization • Level III: Bachelor's degree • A minimum of six (6) years of account management or related client services experience • Strongly prefer experience in a healthcare, PBM, or managed healthcare service organization • Intermediate to advanced skill set in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook • Pharmacy Technician license or national certification desired.
