Description

• Remotely sell Medtronic's products within an assigned geographic area • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Understand customer needs and respond to concerns • Manage and respond to customer complaints • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Requires practical knowledge gained through experience of sales techniques • High School Diploma, or; Associate’s degree, or; Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma, or; Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with an associate’s degree, or; Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks • Proficiency in using CRM software
